Prices	Prices on this website are expressed in a variety of currencies to cater for cyclists worldwide. The total cost of your purchase including shipping will be shown in your local currency on your credit card statement. Local import duties may be payable when you receive your order. It is your responsibility to pay this.
Returns & Exchanges	Solo will replace any unworn clothing item that is defective in materials or construction with the same item or an item of equal value. Items must be returned within 30 days of you receiving your purchase. Please include your address details and details of which items (and sizes) you require. Please insure your return shipment. Solo assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. If you do not want to exchange your returned goods for another item then you must inform us of this. Your credit card will then be reimbursed with the full purchase price minus shipping costs once we have received your returned goods.
Guarantee	Goods sold by Solo Limited are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act of 1994 (New Zealand). Any disputes rising between Solo and the consumer will be determined by courts or tribunals in New Zealand.
